To add an additional Admin, you must first be an Admin of a Premium Independent or Premium Team Project.
To add an additional Admin to your Premium Independent Project or Premium Team Project, click on the Admin tab within your Project:
Scroll down the page until you see Admin settings, click on "Add New Admin":
You can now choose a Project Member to promote to Admin. Add a new Admin by either searching or selecting a Project Member:
