Independent Projects and Team's Projects differ in several ways.
The user who creates the Independent Project owns it and has access to Admin settings. In Premium Independent Projects, Admin(s) have the ability to generate a shareable link.
Team Projects are slightly different. Within a Team, there is a Team Admin (the person who creates a Team). The Team Admin, as well as any other Team Member can create a project. The user who creates a Project within a Team is the Project Admin. Every Team Member has access to every Team Project unless the project is set to private. Private Projects are a premium feature.
Free Independent Projects have a limit of 10 Project Members, and can have only one Admin.
Free Teams can have an unlimited number of Projects, but the Team size is limited to 10, and only one user can act as an Admin within a Project.
