Every Premium Project benefits from the following:
1. An unlimited number of Members.
Free Projects are limited to 10 Members for both Team Projects as well as Independent Projects. Premium Projects do not have a Member limit, allowing for more Members to get more work done.
2. Multiple Admins.
Premium Projects do not have a limit to the number of Admins within a Project. This is a powerful tool. For more information on Admins within Premium Projects, click here.
3. Access to Supervisors.
Supervisors are a customizable role within a Premium Project, and are not accessible in Free Projects. Supervisors allow for another stage of communication between Project Members and administration, taking some of the burden off of the Project Admin. 4. Admin Tools.
Admin Tools allow the Project Admin to control minute details within a Project, and allow the Admin to set access levels, restricting what Project Members are able to do and see within a Project. 5. Access to the Client feature.
Access to the Client feature comes standard on Premium Projects. Organizing and completing a Project for a Client has never been this easy. Upon upgrading your Project to Premium, you can invite a Client to your Project. Access to the Client chat can be restricted using Admin Tools, ensuring seamless communication with the Client. 6. Files Folders Permissions.
Premium Project Admins have the ability to restrict access to File folders to: All, Supervisors, and Admins. This allows the Project Admin to protect and hide certain Files to safeguard against the unauthorized viewing of sensitive materials, such as contracts, and payment information within a Project.
7. Shareable Links.
Admins of Premium Independent Projects have the ability to generate a shareable link. As Premium Independent Projects have no Member limit, this allows for an unlimited number of people to provide input on your product or service. 8. Private Team Projects.
Admins of Premium Team's Projects have the ability to set a Premium Team Project to Private. Private Team Projects are invite only, meaning that only the Team Members who have been invited to the Project can view and act within it. In using a Private Project, the Project Admin can hide any information that they do not want others to see. Private Team Projects minimize confusion, and maximize organization within a Premium Team.
