Project visibility is an important tool in Deskree. Project visibility allows you to make a Premium Team Project private, restricting certain Team Members access. Private Projects are invite only. Only Admins can make a Project Private.
This useful tool allows Admins of Teams to control which Team Members work on what projects within a Team. By default, all Team Members have access to every Project within a Team.
There are two ways to create a Private Project. The first is when you initially create a Project, you have the option upon creation to set the Project to Private:
The second way is by changing the visibility settings on a public Premium Team Project. To do this go to the Admin tab in the project:
Click on Permissions:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, the setting to change visibility is located there. Simply click on the slider to make your Public Project private:
If you have a Private Project that you wish to make Public, simply click on the slider to set the Project to Public.
